Controversial Whats your weight ?

Eat more & put more weight in your dumbells/barbell.
Yeah, need more protein for sure.

But I'm also looking into longevity (if you are familiar with that topic), so I try to eat healthy as much as possible. Most protein I get are unhealthy, and not finding much options to get organic. Kinda an issue lol, else I would've tried eating 6 eggs or something daily for the protein I need.

I started with 2-3 pullups, now can do 12 if I put my all. But still my muscles are the same lol (at least visually not much change). Efficiency increased? IDK

Idk if you count your calories but based on your stats you need at least 2600-2800 calories daily to gain some weight slowly w/o much fat.

6 months its not a long period. Most people are considered newbies even after 2+ years.
You should focus on BP/SQ/DL/SP/PUs and have some extra secondary exercises for the rest.

65kg,.1,75cm.

I don't like to maintain a tight schedule, so I eat when I am hungry mostly and sometimes skip meal if I am too lazy.

I don't really ever lose or gain much weight, just stay where I am.

My maximum weight was 69 when I as trying to eat a lot.

My weight bothered my a little in the past when I felt skinny but nowadays I am whatever with that.

Tried gym for one month, but I don't have the motivation for that, plus cooking all the food.
