Given the time I can currently invest into fitness etc., yes. I could drop maybe 3-5kg without sacrificing too much muscle, but cba.
94kg/181cm. With a BMI of 28 I am solidly in the "overweight" category, lol.
As much as is reasonable. I do not put it above my responsibilities. Run 2-3 times 5-8kms a week. Upper body workout maybe 1.5-3x at home. Dumbells only. If I got extra time I ride mountainbike.

You do not eat enough. Plain and simple.
Really make sure you want to go there. Once your body adapts to a higher calorie intake its hard to go back.
Overeat for several months and you should see progress. Given you really work out regularly and do not cheat yourself.
At your weight its not really important what you eat. Lean gains is a meme. Takes way too much effort and the progress is slower.
