I barely cry at all.
The last time was January 2021 when a very good friend passed away. I cried like a little child.

Before this It had been years since I cried.

About the other part, I have a very different approach to this and maybe it's unusual to see it this way: I'm happy for every elderly person in my family that dies. I mean, they're old, sick, in pain. I don't want them to suffer.
Every time someone died during the past years I felt relieved because I knew they are no longer suffering.
