The only thing that was funny with kaku was the name of his attacks, but for Jabura he was a joke, trying tricks and making funny faces and making up lies during the fight.

compare that to the goofiness its was humorous but it was temporary and the rest of the fight was insanely intense with Kaku blocking shishi sonson wondering if zoro could manage to cut his iron body.. then zoro getting pushed around.. kaku using his quirks against zoro's limited mobility in the fight.. but too intricate and suspenseful..

But somehow oda even made a yc2 ace/jozu equivalent with almost luffy yonkou level bounty look Like a complete joke( not in teren of strength but character). So when will sanji start beating enemies that look Like a real world threat in terms of 1vs1 combat, because queen is that but with viruses.

Personality doesn't correlate to strength. Neither does constipation faces. Only thing that correlates with strength is strength. Threat level has nothing to do with more constipation face more threat level. It is more with competence of a given character. Kizaru doesn't have constipation face but he is one of the strongest.
