Teach being Xebec’s successor means there is a high chance he will massively buff his crew via recruiting. Even characters who don’t see themselves as subordinates could end up effectively following them, much like WB did to Xebec.
If Zoro fights Mihawk, it would probably be because Mihawk allies with Teach.
In this scenario I think it’s very likely Sanji will fight Loki, who will surely ally with Teach as well.
Thematically it makes sense. Both Sanji and Loki are princes. But I think their ideals of governance will be complete opposites. Loki believes in the ideals of Rocks, that the strong should conquer the weak.
Whereas Sanji follows the ideals of Zeff. That a man should feed those who are hungry. I believe that Sanji will eventually realize himself as a conqueror, much like Gaban. He will translate Zeff’s ideals into kingship when he takes over as king of Germa. He will be a king that doesn’t want to dominate, even though he can, but rather serves his people.
Ultimately I don’t think Sanji will be left out of the picture when Zoro vs Mihawk happens. Instead Sanji will fight his own battle, much like he did in wano and skies lobby.
