It sure looks like an egg, but the panel isn't very clearly detailed and size of the ship is too small to discern anything properly. It could be ship's design or anything else, we should wait for next few chapters to see if it's really what it seems...

Ever since Big Mom came to Wano and teamed up with Kaido I believed Kid was going to fight her. This chapter further supports my claim. Oda had Kid go to Big Mom territory for a reason.
