Tauruses are truly the top tiers of the OP verse.
King is barely a character with his constant "..." So he isn't the best.
Doesn't mean he isn't stronger,enough with that shit.

G3 my ass. Mama's boy doesn't have that power. Katakuri couldn't deal with a base Luffy for 10 hours who was using him as a training wheel.
And what makes you think Katakuri would even realise how Alber's body works? The guy is so stupid he didn't even realise G4 was on a time limit because he was using too much haki,meanwhile he is an almost 50 yo Haki user of the NW. Negative IQ.

King doesn't need an official birthday art. Anything official might lead the world government to him. Better have a piratical birthday art, although you can't trust even pirates not to turn in someone like him.
There's a nice art by Orchibald I posted on his fanclub thread on his birthday, that should be enough.
He prefered celebrating in private this year, without having Queen making all that horrible noise he calls music, so I made him Curry Udon and a birthday cake, and we had a nice quiet evening forgetting our trubles for a while.
