General & Others Whether Imu or BB is FV, they need new subordinates

I feel like this is my main issue right now, nobody can compete with EOS AdCoC Zoro and Sanji unless they’re Yonko level especially if they reach Gaban and Rayleigh level

But the current God’s Kinghts/Gorosei and BB pirates - except Aokiji are just falling short.

Which is why I feel that especially with Imu, if he really is the final villain will have an entire new roster of subordinates/allies by the end.

Like if it turns out Mihawk is a Nerona, he may side with Imu at the end ( although I think in Mihawk’s case it’ll be purely for the goal of having an epic final fight against Zoro) as he doesn’t really care what happens to the world, he doesn’t really follows Imu nor is he under his control but is just there to fight Zoro

I think he just gathers other strong willed people to fight the other straw hats

Wrong. In Egghead none of the Gorosei was defeated and none of them go all out. Each of the Gorosei can receive Omen's buff

Well black beard and his subordinates are more than strong enough for his final enemy koby and his allies

As for imu's forces well he has literally the entire world government under his Beck and call minus a few possible rebels

Just the Gorosei and God Knights alone are more than a match for any one crew to take on

Then toss in The Admirals, Vice Admirals, CP0 to 9 , the Seraphim

Both possible final villains are more than powerful enough for their respective final opponents

of course mihawk will side with the wg at the end, but not due to ancestry. imu will hire the crossguild. god's knight doflamingo is a good opponent for sanji, crocodile for nami, weevil for chopper and buggy for usopp.

the blackbeard pirates will all feed devilfruits to their weapons. falcon fruit for augur's gun etc.

Aokiji needed Shiryu and Pizarro to capture Garp, without them, he couldn't. They are already relevant for that level without even using Awakening yet.

The Gorosei are on another level from the God Knights. They all have powerful haki and CoC. Furthermore Imu has a direct connection to each of them and can possess them as he sees fit.

Though I think whoever the final villain is will have the full roster of Twenty Kings under their control

Only Zoro vs Nasujuro is set in stones, Rest Sanji can be with Mars or Jupiter god knows.

Rest 3 will be other characters like Law or Sabo or dragon or even Loki.

Imu is likely going to be taken down in a group battle, Luffy, Blackbeard and maybe loki/ chopper (Assuming he has the god fruit).

As for Blackveard pirates, Only Zoro and Sanji opponent needs to look strong.

Shiryu was already Magallen level pre time skip, now he has a stealth fruit. I'm going to assume Shiryu is going to get a DF for his sword. Or else I don't see him as a threat to Zoro lol.
Sanji match up is again weird, no clue who he will fight.

Blackbeard Pirates are perfect counters to Strawhats.
Just because they have aCoC it doesnt mean BBP opponents cannot be a nightmare.
They do not need to become stronger but you will be pleasantly surprised by the final form of Shiryu.

Imu's strongest defenders have regen covenant, aCoC, mythical zoans and supreme grade swords.
They are as stacked as it gets, almost.
It is possible that one of these will end up as Sanji's main fight of the show and they will be strong enough.

Mihawk is a standalone fight for Zoro, you cannot lump him in with others.
This is the fight of all fights of One Piece as a work of literature.
Every manga has one fight that stands out, Zoro vs Mihawk is that fight for One Piece.

Then either Teach gets Imu's powers or Teach and some of the BBPs become Holy Knights themselves and gets Omen buff.

A Zoro and Sanji who mastered conqueror’s haki are beyond the level of the Gorosei, if by the EOS they’re Yonko level then the Gorosei are not suitable opponents
