Hiryu Kaen makes sense but there's also a possibility that Oda wants something new for Zoro instead of being known for the same as Ryuma.

Hiryu Kaen seems the most likely given its ties to Ryuma and the similarities it has to the attack he used in Monsters, but I think there’s also the possibility that it’s ISDS bc 3 sword style is Zoro’s signature and we’ve yet to see the attack in Wano
