It makes sense. If oda would use a pun to hint at CoC
He would give King a Japanese word "Ou"for King. Not the western word "king"
King has no CoC
If he was the most important, he wouldn't be a background character overshadowed by Queen and Flyers.

Whether you say "Ou" or "Õ" ... This is what oda would have use to make a pun that King has CoC

The guy named "King" having "Kings" haki would be pretty fitting. Adding on, King's had quite the commander aura around him whenever Kaido was busy. He's the most likely to have it out of all the Beast Pirate subordinates.
Queen's more eccentric than commanding, and Jack is too submissive and subservient to his superiors to really have that conqueror nature.

I may give the benefit of the doubt to Queen but he was afraid to stay on the island when Big Mom and Kaidou were fighting. King actually took control of the current situation and became the leader of the beast pirates while Kaidou was busy fighting the scabbards. Despite what the tobi roppo felt before, in the time of crisis, they listened to King. He's the only member who gave them a battle speech as well. They respect him to degree. He's doing exactly what Katakuri did in WCI. At some point, he'll show Coc. The question is when.
Well, if there's any truth to the foreshadowing by Oda for Zoro having CoC then a situation between those two would be a great opportunity for him to show it.
Yamato should have it just because of her bloodline.
Jack also is a candidate. He may seem subservient at first but he's ruthless and fears nothing.
WW's and Sasaki have a slight chance of having it.
