Roger named his own son after his sword and you are online talking about him not being a "pure swordsman" in 2025 for goodness sake. Do you know how cringe this shit looks? Roger had a gun. Not some wand. Nothing to even HINT at swordsmanship not being his true fighting style.

He had a fucking GUN. He hasn't even USED mind you but just held it in one panel. For all you know it was gifted to him by his dad and does not even work.

If Roger punched Whitebeard during their clash or used his gun? I might be willing to give some of you clowns the idea that Roger does not count as a swordsman. But he used Ace, the supreme grade blade he named his son after. So stop the cope!

Not sure what the point of this argument is when swordsmen Zoro has lost to plenty of non-swordsmen in the past

Because they can still test Zoro’s swordsmanship skills without themselves being swordsmen?

The only serious Zoro opponents that were actually swordsmen were Kaku and Ryuma
