Questions & Mysteries Which Elders do you think are the most loyal to Imu?

#1
Even though the Five Elders are all loyal to Imu, it seems like maybe not all of them are the most loyal.

In the latest chapter we found out that someone either Imu or another Gorosei ordered Emet to be destroyed, but Saturn decided to secretly allow Emet not to be destroyed.

Then there is this chapter, where Imu wants Lulusia Kingdom to be destroyed, and you have Warcury thinking about the people living there as well as Ju Peter questioning Imu.

But then you have Mars who is immediately ok with Imu's orders to destroy Lulusia.

Also if you look at the planet order, Earth is between Venus and Mars and Imu most likely represents Earth.

There is also this whole possibility of Ju Peter maybe being a traitor.

Imo I think out of the current Five Elders not counting Garling who is a new member, I believe Nusjuro and Mars are probably the most loyal to Imu.

Topman is probably very loyal as well but maybe not as much as Nusjuro and Mars, and as for Ju Peter either in the same position as Topman or he is secretly not loyal.

Either way, who do you think are the most loyal to Imu?

Don’t know if there is a difference, since they know they are instantly dead if they aren’t. No escape, no possible way of betrayal. They choose to become Gorosei and know the danger.
Very little danger when you're immortal, in fact Saturn would have been saved if he stayed in Marijois and just sent Kizaru after them

I doubt any more loyal than the others because all would follow Imus orders without hesitation (mostly under fear of death tho)

However, I feel like Garling and Imu will have the most similar ideologies.

This chapter has given a bit more credibility to the theory that the gorosei are simply extensions of Im in the same way the paths of pain were to Nagato.

Not on the same level obviously because they aren't dead, but it seems highly likely that Im has a great deal of control over their bodies and minds, Im took all his power from Saturn and probably gave it to Garland so he is now immortal/invulnerable.

So after this chapter I would say every single one of them is loyal considering what he could do to them at any moment. In fact we know that the Gorosei can communicate telepathically so Im probably can read their thoughts and intentions.

Looking at what happened to Saturn, they're all EXTREMELY loyal... with maybe the exception of Garling, if the only thing that Imu can take from them is the immortality.

It was quite surprising to know that Saturn was the one who spared Emeth, but I don't think that he was betraying Imu with this... he genuinely wanted the best for the WG.

Venus I could see as being the most loyal. He's got the whole "samurai" motiff going on. He'd probably consider betraying his "lord" as being dishonorable. I, personally, just don't see him ever betraying Imu.

Warcury feels like he's probably the second most loyal . He seems like the "brute" of the group. I don't think he'd really think about betraying Imu. He feels more like a loyal lunkhead than anything else. I think he might be too straightforward to really even think about that, probably.

Mars feels like the third most loyal. He's willing to stand while everyone's sitting without complaining about it. I think he's pretty fairly loyal to Imu. We really don't have any reason to doubt his loyalty. But, maybe he's a holding a bit of a grudge about always being made to stand?

Saturn was probably around here, in terms of loyalty. He WOULD follow all of Imu's orders. But, he had a few secret projects of his own. Loyal, but not without a few personal interests in the background.

Garling's the new one. And he does seem fairly ambitious. It's hard to get a read on him. MAYBE he'd try to take the Empty Throne for himself? But, honestly, he comes across as more of a battle maniac to me, personally. Like a villainous version of Goku from Dragon Ball. As long as Imu keeps giving him strong people to fight, I think he'll be happy.

Ju Peter is probably the least loyal. He seems the most nervous and anxious about what they're doing. He's always the one giving reaction shots to what the Gorosei are doing. He seems to be faltering. Oda seems to be setting up SOMETHING for Ju Peter. Whether that's a full betrayal or just trying to talk some sense into Imu, it's hard to say.

Why are people using planet order? That's so random.

They literally have numbers in their summoning circles, which is more credible than planet order shit

Nusjuro and Warcury seems to be the most unquestioning of the actions of the World Government and the current hierarchy of things.

Mars seems rather indifferent one way or another as far as I can tell

Saturn was doing stuff behind the World Government's back, though he said it was for the betterment of the World Government. Not 100% on him. Either way he's a skeleton now, so...

Ju Peter blatantly displays a conscience every so often, and even went out of his way to save the marine fodder, so his personality and beliefs definitely contrast with Imu's, at least somewhat.

The new Gorosei, Garling, has only shown respect to the ways of the Celestial Dragons, and doesn't seem to question it. If anything, he relish in the disturbing actions the CGs take part in, and don't see him turning coat anytime soon.

They're all fanatically loyal, about as much as Ryokugyu worships the CG's, Imu is their god.

For the Emet thing, you can't prove A. That Imu gave the order and B. That Saturn was doing it out of disloyalty, so it's irrelevant.

And none of the Gorosei objected to Imu destroying Lulusia.

Mars seems to question things the least. He seems devoted to Imu, and always eager to solve problems.

Nusjuro hasn't questioned or gone against orders at all.

Warcury brought up the civilians in Lulusia.

Peter asked about Lulusia, saved the marines, and seems to be unsure about things a lot.

not sure about Garling
