I don’t know if all admiral stans are facists. I do know fascism is very popular, it’s just that everyone likes their own version of it. That’s why it’s an ideology doomed to fail in practice. One Piece is demonstrating that.

Meanwhile Zoro was busy with the B level enemy introduced only for the arc to give him a sparring partner with no repercussion on the story and to vanish away just after.
Zoro fans are just the default option, so there’s hardly any point even including them as an option.

Racism absolutely is a core tenant of fascism. The belief that your people are some sort of precursor to a “master race” but are held back by the other races/minorities who are filth/impure and need to be cleansed or removed…yeah this is fascism 101.
