In Naruto they look a bit more realistic i guess and more variety while in Op it's mostly Nami with different hair colors
Even if Op women are a lot hotter on average i'm gonna take Naruto since in a lot of panels the waist and legs on One piece girls looks disturbing
There is panels where the girl has barely a 1 inch waist or her legs are 80% of her body with the rest being tits
Naruto over Op not because of how good their girls are but because Oda can't draw human body
