Aokiji has fought on par with him for 10 days, so I find very difficult to believe that Aokiji didn't have it.

Fuji, given his actions and characteristics, is another likely CoC user. Even Yamato has it, ad Katakuri and Chinajo have the CoC but not the coating, so Fuji is more than qualified.

I don't know about the others.

How is Coby more likely than smoker?

Koby is a genius like Luffy and will become admiral one day.Smoker is old and got shat on by Law,Vergo and Doffy.

Tbf Coby doesnt fit a CoC user. Hes never shown a strong will by himself. He wouldve always been a coward without Luffy. I dont think any CoC user has ever been like that....

He’s honestly nothing like Garp. Garp was a mad dog who constantly fought and nearly killed Roger many times while chasing him throughout the world. Who wanted nothing more than to capture Roger. And was nearly killed by roger. They fought together and respected each other despite this.

This is what Garp and roger were like. And luffy and smoker.
