They can direct it towards the targets they want. That's why Nami and co weren't affected by Rayleigh Conqueror's.

It is not. They can fight for days with that.

In the first place, it was never stated if that has any kind of difficulty. So that's headcanon.
In the second place, there is no excuse. Sengoku has the chance many times to use Conqueror's on his enemy without needing to be careful about his own ppl (when he made them retreat to rise the wall, or when all WB's crew was above a ship entering the MF plaza through that gap where Oars, etc). Sengoku and any other relevant Navy character with Conqueror.
Nothing of that happened. Therefore, it would be bullshit if any of the ppl in MF has Conqueror and he/she didnt use it lmao.

Yes it logically would. It would require Sengoku to be a mind reader, and be able to differentiate between every marine and pirate....and then to specifically not use CoC in the areas theyre in. Making his CoC blast very specific and hectic. Being able to mould CoC blasts like that hasnt even been shown by anyone.

Sengoku was always on the execution stage. His men would always be in between him and the WBPs. So again he wouldnt be able to use it.

Most of the logias won't have it because having a logia in of itself is an extremely rare and overpowered ability. So far we have seen awakened paramecias and awakened zoans, but no awakened logias. Its clear logia awakening will be busted and probably capable of going toe to toe with ACoC users.

I'd say Akainu is the exception tho as his conviction to kill all pirates seems really strong.

But smoker won't have it, neither will kizaru or ryokugyu.

Fuji and Koby will be ACoC users specifically because they aren't logias and Oda will need to power them up somehow.
