There’s no weaselling your way out of it. Even if you want to claim he crawled over, someone still gave him the initial food to allow him to move at all, so absolutely someone helped him.
Even then, you’d be suggesting that Luffy left those he was trying to protect to die. And that he was recovered enough to use super speed but also was so depleted that he needed even more food to return to fighting shape while Kizaru was already terrorizing his friends.
Either way, it does little to salvage Luffy’s image or tarnish Kizaru’s.
It wouldn’t change that Kizaru could saunter over and kill Luffy any time, though it makes you seethe (not that I like it any better)…

Because you clearly hate Kizaru and were desperately trying to claim it as a loss. You tried to downplay him despite being told otherwise…instead you just accused others of being wankers despite the story bearing them out instead of you.
