I'll give credit to you for not giving up on Brook vs Who's Who, but I'm expecting a lot of salt from both you and @Shiroyru if the fight doesn't happen.

I'm 50/50 on if Who's-Who fights Brook. I think there are factors that suggest it will happen, but they're not conclusive.

I won't lie, I would consider it bullshit writing if Usopp and Brook don't fight a 5% Page One and Who's-Who. This is the Straw Hats' biggest glass ceiling yet, bigger than Alabasta, and Oda's just going to do Usopp and Brook dirty?

Apoo is too much, seeing Killer being able to fight the likes of Hawkins and vice versa... SNs should be at least YC1 levels...
Peros will be fighting Neko which I think will lose but will badly hurt the former which will make Chopper being capable of beating him...
WsW is already weakened by Jinbe... The dagger hasn't been used... Brook is the only SH who has yet to fight a Rokushiki user...
