Yonkou
Kaidou - Was good. 8/10
Bigmam - wasted potential 3/10
Shanks - Bro appears once in a decade 5/10
BB - Only true pirate 7/10

Admirals
Akainu - he's strong but an asshole He genuinely makes me wanna hate him , Which is his Character so 10/10
Aokiji - Well written 9/10
Kizaru - umm his Archaeology move was well written but He isn't overkill like other admirals 8/10
Fujitora - probably the best balanced Admiral 8/10
Aramaki - an asshole as intended by oda 10/10.

Warlords
Mihawk - Probably the best written Warlord 10/10
Boa - again Her flashbacks and Current role is well written 10/10.
Doffy - I don't even need to explain 10/10
Crocodile - Absolute badass 10/10
Moria - Disgusting 2/10
Jimbe - prolly 7/10 , if sun pirates flashback is included 10/10

I won't add Weevil and Law here.

#2's
Zoro - bro is almost the second Protagonist 10/10
Kata - Best written in WCI 10/10
King - just onighishima 5/10 , when flashback included 8/10
Marco - no doubt 10/10
Benn - still want from him I can't rank him.
BB #2 - Similar situation as Benn
Law and Kidd pirates is pointless they are basically one man crew.
Rayleigh - Very relevent to the story 10/10
Sabo - I don't see him being imp tbh 6/10
Mihawk/Crocodile (cross guild) - 20/10.

I guess Warlords takes the win if moria isn't counted.
Then #2 and admirals ranks are debatable
Yonkoi crew is brought down by Bigmam alone.

The Warlords, of course. The original seven in particular were pretty cool as a group.
A little side information: In Germany we don't call them "Warlords", but the "Seven Samurai", based on the German title of Oda's supposedly favorite film ("Die sieben Samurai"/"Shichinin no samurai").

I don't know why people think Doflamingo is good. I'm stating to think it's because he's blonde and his blantly contradictory life style appeals to today's readers.

Anyway the shichibukai have this clearly.

Boa, Kuma, Moriah and jenbe's back stories solo the all competitors. Boa's back story and falling in love with Luffy was actually a really nice touch to the story. Boa seemed like a pretty much untouchable woman. She was on pretty much the strongest island in paradise short of marine Ford. Surrounded by the calm belt. She was and still is stupid op and had a cult following. It was perfectly clear in the story that Luffy was the only person she showed her softer side to. I mean she even threw her advisor out the window. Literally.

Moriah vs Kaidou was a good idea I don't know why oda didn't elaborate on it. We all want to know how strong moriah was in the past.

Kuma's story hasn't even played out but we know it is going to be a banger it's been stuing for 10-20 years.

Also fisher taiga in my eyes is every bit as dope as Roger or whitebeard. As badass as Jenbe is he doesn't hold a candle to fisher and that's fucking awesome. But at the same time he carries on his will in a nice way and as best he can.
