Some mini adventures would not prove a bad idea, but my desire is to make a solid enjoyable story and mini adventures would ultimately end up feeling like fillers. The main matter is to make sure a continuation would not feel like a filler, regardless of its set time (in the story).

Imo Oda would not start another long serie after finishing One Piece, so I'd say that he could do groups of volumes to complete the story, for exemple:
- North Blue: showing Law, Drake and Hawkins path before coming to Sabaody and how they earned their bounties
- South Blue: same thing of North Blue, but with Kidd, Killer and Bonney

Each blue could have 50 chapters each

Same format could be used for OG Warlords like Moria, Croco, Doffy... hell I'd love something like that

None. Everything necessary can be covered by the author. Plus, it wouldn't be done by Oda most likely so that's already a problem imo.

We have plenty of flashbacks and epilogue chapters we'll get to im sure that'll tie everything up neatly

A prequel about Garp would be cool. I'd like any One Piece spin off that focused on the Marines more. It'd set itself apart from the largely pirate centric original series, and it would be about characters we know, but not enough. Unless we learn all we need to know about Garp by series end.
