I'm also not familiar with Indra's since I didn't watch the Shippuden anime. But offensively;

Indra Arrow Perfect Susano'o > Kakashi's Perfect Susano'o > Sasuke's Perfect Susano'o > Madara's Perfect Susano'o

In terms of preference, I like Madara's the best. Original Has weight and gravity to it when it appears. Really establishes the absurdity of what Madara is that late into his life span (a full fight against 5 Kage is insane to be showing off new abilities).
