I don't know. Usopp doesn't have Franky's skill in that field. Franky would have been a great engineer (almost genius level in that field) while Usopp would have been an average one (I mean, Usopp didn't create or reproduce any crazy stuff while Franky worked on the Puffing Tom, created The Thousand Sunny's technology, modified his own body and recreate a laser technology).

Usopp would have been a better sniper than a great engineer.

I don't know if it can be called genius but didn't ussop invent Namis weapon
Bc of his connection to ships ussop could be a cruise captain too

Yep but the first iteration of the Clima-tact was literally laughable. It's Nami who knew how to use this gadget at its full potential because Usopp didn't create this weapon to be used like Nami did against Miss Doublefinger.

And it's only afterwards Usopp added dials in this weapon.

And then, after the ellipse, it's Usopp and Franky who modified Nami's clima tact (with Franky being the better engineer).

I said that it was the first iteration of the clima tact (the one used against Miss Doublefinger) which was laughable. It was a joke weapon, even Usopp said it was to do "magic tricks" if I remember correctly.

It's only afterwards this gadget became a true weapon with the dials added in this (and also thanks to Nami's expertise in meteorology).

He can get his win in the sniping field 😂
Dude never miss his targets, can calculate trajectories by taking into account the wind and can hit targets very far from him.

Like I said, he would be a better sniper than an engineer IRL.

Usopp is that self taught garage engineer whose mind is overflowing with ideas but whose builds break down after 2 months

Luffy would die pretty quickly as a fire fighter, not much of a career ahead of him...

Zoro would be an efficient cop, but prone to brutality. His career would be destroyed for abuse of his power at some point.

Nami would do good as a teacher for children, can't see anything in her character stopping her from doing good.

Usopp as a graphic designer is cool, I guess..? Visionary, maybe, but unpractical: would do good only if allowed a large budget.

I can actually see Sanji as a stylist, smooth and with a sharp eye for the new trends... But he would end his career with some harassment case.

Chopper as a grade school teacher? Hard to see him keeping an entire class of kids interested in his stuff. It's a no for me.

Robin would be an excellent flight attendant. She has the professional aura, plus she would be able to balance the detachment of an attendant with cool ways to make the flight less boring. A really good fit imo.

I can see Franky as a talented pilot. He could be a champion if he manages to not die on the track. Plus, a pilot that can actually feel the car is very helpful to the engineers and the technicians.

Brook as a detective... No I don't see a bright future ahead of him.


Overall, the three most likely to excel in their careers are Nami, Robin and Franky (with some luck) imo.
