This chapter seems to be setting up Apoo abandoning the Beast Pirates, so I expect that Luffy, Kid, Law, Zoro (after fighting King it Queen), Killer, Drake, Apoo, and Hawkins (after Oda comes up with a reason for him to ditch the BP) will fight Kaido.

I want to say that we'll have a Worst Gen vs. Kaido match up like Stampede minus a few of the WG that are not Wano and are probably likely not to come at all at this point.

However, we still need to see Apoo's and Hawkins' reason for switching sides come to light even though we kinda already can speculate.

Imo there’s just no chance that Oda doesn’t have a throwback to chapter 795 where he shows Apoo and Hawkins fighting Kaido alongside Kaido. Drake will fight Kaido because there’s no one else that it would make sense for him to fight. Zoro will fight Kaido because he has been foreshadowed to wound Kaido, and Killer will fight Kaido because he’s Kid’s partner and there’s no point in making him the odd man out amongst the Supernovas

Besides kidd has a plot line with big mom that’s gonna kick it soon. big mom is dead set on fighting luffy we all know realistically she’s isn’t going to sit back and watch luffy fight kaido. with the amount of emphasis Odas been putting on swordsman specific to fighting kaido. it’s only right 2 of the best of the best swordsmen of the wg fight kaido. Rest can go kick rocks. Law and zoro vs kaido.

How can kidd hurt kaido ? Drake is a marine we dont know how well versed in haki he is.
