Yep, Elbaf could be heavily seeped in Underworld stuff considering Stussy and the fact that VP seems very much tied to CP0 and Underworld related things because of her

I do half expect Sentoumaru to also escape with them, but personally I hope Lucci and Kaku leave and just return for endgame stuff at end of this arc
