Power scaling - Characters from pre skip area - Logia DFs specially pika and goro goro ni

From top tier perspective - Kaido's DF , WB's DF , Akainu's DF , Law's DF etc

Soul soul fruit should also fall under general & top tier perspective

BM built a wholeass stable country that operates on her own powers. Ran it for decades without trouble

Can create mini-logias which are worse than logias as explicitly stated by luffy, and do other things like power up, regen, fly, manipulate the weather, etc

The fruit's utility is insane, Linlin showed off what top tier usage is like in the pirate world and it made her a yonko on the same league as WB Shanks and Kaido

Enels fruit and logias in general have high AP and combat potential but it's often a logarithmic curve, diminishing returns unless you learn to exploit the element itself like Enel did. Like I doubt Carmel could use Goro goro to listen to an entire island the same way Enel did

In the end each DF is specific to its user's potential as well. Goofy could have died without unlocking Nika and everybody would call it Gum gum mid for example

The reason why Logia is considered the best for sure is because of their extremely high potency at fodder tier

Like without Haki you can't do shit to a Logia unless you exploit some natural weakness

They also can't be replicated by Vegapunk. Maybe their Awakening will be insane too

Caribou is the best example of fodder tier with Logia. Mud fruit could've been great, theoretically a far better mochi fruit, but Caribou is the clown who has it

Paramecias also have some special exceptions that act like Logia such as Mochi or even Phoenix. Clearly there are exceptions to every rule

Kaidou's Mythical Zoan grants him EVERYTHING, and when I say EVERYTHING, I mean absolutely everything.

• The ability to fly.
• Insane AOE, even better than the AOE shown by Logias.
• Durability.
• Recovery.
• Immense physical power.
• Extreme endurance.
• Lethality through abilities (fire, lightning, wind, slashes, special flames as hot as magma).
• Versatility (you can create tornadoes, generate invisible blades, spit invisible blades, spin and create invisible blades, spit concentrated or non-concentrated fire, lightning, levitate islands and objects, etc.).

It is simply the first fruit described in the manga as one of the STRONGEST in ALL of EXISTENCE.

If he can somehow get acces to it, who knows how many underwater volcanoes exist in total? That's scary.

On the other hand, creating new islands for people to inhabit, in theory. So his fruit "could" be used for good, not just for destruction.

Still, Kaido's is among the best, as the manga said.

Honestly I am not sure. BM didn't shown something like Flame dragon mode or ability to lift islands. Misery the strongest thing BM created was not that impressive. Her thunder homie was good though.

I think it depends on how many homies can a top tier create with their soul power. BM was able to create 4 homies. If more can be created then yes.

She also seems able to grant special powers to some Homies with Napoleon containing and turning into various kinds of blades and being able of receiving calls from other Homies and Pudding's magic carpet that flies; not counting the whole intelligence and espionnage assets she gains with it.

The options are nearly-limitless for her.

Let's be honest it was always between Kizaru's and Enel's.

For combat Akainu’s and Aokiji's freezing is especially useful. You pretty much don't have to be scared of the Sea weakness.

Enel's fruit looks great when put up against any fruit, but when put up side by side against the Pika it actually gets mogged, which is crazy and just goes to show you how busted that fruit is.
