This would be the best reveal. Cause it’ll give a lot more depth to the void century and foundation of the world government than Imu alone could manage.

I do want them to be the original five kingdoms imu allied with. One for the north blue, south blue, East blue, west blue, and grand line.

i feel like they really are just the few celestial dragons that havent gone full stupid, so they are chosen as leaders. They are pretty public figures so if they were immortal people would've noticed. Imu however is probably immortal, either one of the 20 kings that created the WG or the person that convinced them to oppose the ancient kingdom

This is why I like option two that they’re not immortal but souls that have been passed down to other bodies.

I would love if this series turned more like a space manga, not that the SHs will necessarily ever visit other planets but if at at least the geography got expanded that massively.

As far fetched as it is, I’ve always held out a tiny bit of hope that the shadow leader of the world really IS Luffy’s mom…would be nice and symmetrical after Oda said the opposite of “adventure” is “mother” for the last big obstacle in the main character’s way to be the most difficult one to topple on multiple levels. However, the Gorosei are definitely Lunarians, and they’re also Shimotsuki, and they sailed with Roger and WB, AND they’re all from the Void Century, AND they’re all wotans, AND they all made sweet, tender love to Joyboy, AND they’re Nami/Chopper/Robin/Franky/Brook’s dads

I would love to find out where the Gorosei came from in the first place. They look human like so perhaps Im might be from a different planet and he was capable to enslave them even mentally or there was no need for that in that they were already fascinated by his power or something. There is a lot of ground for substantially spicey plots here.
