Questions & Mysteries Who do you think is closest to inheriting Oden's will

It's very clear that there are 3 different characters who have shown traits similar to Oden and 3 different ways to look at who will surpass Oden

Yamato: Wants to both emulate and imitate Oden after witnessing his execution

Luffy: Wants to defeat Kaido, has CoC, etc

Zoro: Inheritted Enma and was the 2nd person other than Oden to tame it, etc.

Feel free to discuss which charatcter. I put 2 different types of questions, depending on how you want to interpret it as well.

Logically : Zoro because he was the one who walked and witnessed everything from close. He even met and received the respect of Yasu, someone Oden was really close with. Yasu even claimed lots of things just before dying, at that moment he didn't even meet luffy. Swordsman, it was not a random thing that Zoro was using his nitoryu during all Wano. Oden's sacrifice was kinda like Zoro's for Luffy. He received Enma.
Probably ends up with Hiyori EOS. Some same panels, for example when both wanted to kill orochi.
It will be logical if it's zoro. A japanese who delivers the samurai's land.

IMO and what's gonna happen : Luffy. The main character. I'm not against it because luffy is luffy. But let's be honest, Luffy met Tama, was focused only by Kaido, his training, and his rivalry with kidd during wano.

No debate : Yamato. It's not a character who just appeared two chapters ago who is gonna do something or receive the will of one of the strongest wano's warrior, she didn't witness the pain of people in wano. It's a big signification.
I'm fine with zoro or luffy but absolutely not this random character.

Yamato is the best candidate for this right now. But she will be tested when it comes to killing her father.

Zoro seems to be getting thrown out of the Oden plot, isn't he? Hiyori herself have very little importance to the storyline too, so Zoro is not in very good position now.

Luffy is the chosen one type thing. Ultimately he will be the one to beat Kaido, so whoever has Oden's will now, it will be ultimately be Luffy who finishes Oden's will and open Wano.

Yes Zoro have Enma etc etc but Luffy seem to be way more involved than him and we know about Yamato she's not just a fangirl....

I didnt see that angle of why Oda had Zoro going 2 sword style the whole time. Nice catch

Luffy is busy holding Roger's, Joyboy's and half of Ace's wills.
Zoro has Kuina's will and is focused on supporting his captain, obviously he feels like he needs to take down Orochi after what happened to Yasu.

Oden was the first user of Enma, Simotsuki Kozaburo created Enma 55 years ago and give to Oden, Enma was spiceficly made for Oden. Oden tamed Enma at age of 4 and Zoro is the second user of Enma after Oden and there hasn't been any other users of the sword since it has been kept for Oden's children, the only reason Zoro is the second one to tame Enma is because there hasn't been any other users of that sword except Oden.

It was specifically stated... paraphrasing hitetsu "before or after no one else besides oden had tamed enma" also the other counter is Hiyori could have easily chosed Denjiro, Kawamatsu, or even Ashura to give Enma to but chose Zoro

She gave Zoro Enma because she wanted to take Sushi from Zoro, it wasn't a case of choosing but rather she needed to replace Zoro's sword with as legendary sword as Sushi, Hiyori didn't want to get rid off her sword it's just that she didn't have any other choice but to do so, if she wanted to get red of her sword she would have done it before Zoro. What I said was said by Oda in SBS, Oda said that Oden was the first user of Enma.

the difference between zoro and odens characters is like the earth and sky

yamato is most likely going to be odens parallel and the most logical

if we are talking strictly about sh then sanji is the closest to oden sanji is a kind person who saved people he hates and oden cared a lot for the people of wano he even made a fool of himself so he can maybe save the people who were enslaved by orochi and kaido and sanji saved kiemon who said he hates pirates and despite everyone telling him not to save him that is very oden like

Oden was the only one to tame Enma cuz he was the first user of Enma, the author himself is saying that, I didn't came up with this myself.

Hyori never wanted to give away her sword to someone else, it's just that she needed to replace Zoro's sword with another legendary sword.

How is Hiyori better than Toki? I don't see it. And I don't see Yamato being better than Oden either. They are both failures as much as Ace was a failure as the new Roger.
