Chopper had the ability to do what in his base form?
Healing is different like kaido using flame clouds...can marco in base use physical strength of his fruit without transforming?
Devon already was transformed from the beginning went into her zoan form and then transformed into her human form.

Unlike maroc's fire or flame clouds durability is physical ability...its like saying rob lucci or jabra can use there claws or teeth in their human form....durability is a body thing....

Zoans are on/off fruits unlike paramecias like luffy. You can use two modes and get their respective abilities. With mythicals you can use some abilities which are external like marco's flames but physical attributes are different thing...otherwise it would render hybrid form useless.....

Luffy faced the base Kaidou with his stronger mode ,couldn't do shit ,yet he was talkin just about his dragon form only ....

The proof is in the manga. When Aokiji and Ace clashed with their devil fruit abilities, they stalemated.

Aojiki and Akainu clashed for 10 days straight with their Devil Fruits stalemating, and each changing the weather pattern of half an island.
In terms of the Mera Mera no mi, and Magu Magu no Mi vs the Hie Hie no Mi, it was dead even for both.

When Akainu and Ace clashed, Akainu's devil fruit completely engulfed Ace's flames, encased his arm, and burned him. This wasn't because Akainu's devil fruit was "hotter", but because of the consistency of Magma.

Fire can't do anything to magma, not in the real World, or the One Piece World. Fire and Magma in regards to powers in One Piece might both be hundreds, if not thousands of times hotter than the real world, but it doesn't change the physics of how they both function on their own, and in regards to each other.

Both are all sorts of holy shit hot, but Magma is superior when pitted against fire.

These guys are dense. The fact magma engulfes fire going by manga canon most likely means that magma simply overpowered fire and burned it at the same time, but somehow they reiterate real life logic by which magma doesn't burn fire but merely smothers it by making sure oxygen can't reach fire to have it burn.

We can't make an headcanon out of Akainu's words when the other scenario fits very well.

These guys are simply not mentally elastic and only manage to apply real life matters to make the OP world fit which is hilarious going by how contrived physics are in aforementioned verse.

That's rich coming from the guy whose counterargument is "Fuck Logic", it doesn't need to make sense cause it's One Piece. Maybe if you were more "mentally elastic" you'd be able to form a concise conclusion on how it works without having to throw logic and physics out the window. :kayneshrug:
