General & Others Who else can use FS beside kata and luffy?

Imo, I think shanks and mihawk have future sight. The way shanks predicts things and tries to stop chaos and the balance of power from breaking. Also, he seemed spot on about what he said about Blackbeard to whitebeard and around that time or so Blackbeard met ace and fought and beat ace and that caused a massive chain of events. And he was spot on about Blackbeard one day coming for whitebeard spot too. Mihawk and shanks both seem to gauge power in certain individuals. Shanks knew Blackbeard was strong hiding his power within whitebeard crew choosing not to become a commander even without possibly knowing he had the yami yami fruit. And it’s been a long time since they last fought seeing as shanks Jolly roger has his scars and shanks started forming his crew around 20 or 23 years ago some time after roger’s death when he was still a tennager or luffy’s age. He also knew that ace was strong from their encounter which could speak volumes about his observation haki because the ace novel said he sensed a fire in ace that was strong. Mihawk as going to have the title of clairvoyant and his nickname is Hawkeyes. He found potential in zoro and luffy and knows the power they hold. Post wano and their reactions will be great. I can see mihawk meeting shanks or vice versa and both of them looking at luffy and zoro bounties and their actions in the newspaper just like they did pre timeskip in the beginning of the series when we first seen them meet each other. And, maybe soon while they meet and since oda says shanks is making his move we might get their backstory and flashback.

Nobody has better fs mastery than Katakuri
FS is what made Katakuri undefeated, his whole character is to be the best CoO specialist in NW.

Logia shape-shifting is natural anyway
Even Katakuri can shapeshift without needing fs
He only does it mostly when haki is involved. Only kuzaj has dodged a haki imbued attack like Katakuri did

There's a pretty big difference between what Smoker did and what Admirals or Kata do.
Smoker shifts his entire body to dodge the attack, the Akainu and Aokiji examples are very precise in what spot they open up to dodge the attack.
Future Sight for Smoker would be doing this but against a haki attack.
