She is adamant about fighting alongside Luffy so why not. I honestly think she will stall Kaido until Luffy recovers and join her in ultimately defeating Kaido. However, I don't think she will partake in killing Kaido, that role is reserved for Zoro.
I feel like I am ignoring how this confrontation with her dad is gna impact her on an emotional level and I also feel like I have totally misjudged how strong and menacing Kaido can really be. This man was gna strike a child with infusion

It just feels like I am out here asking way too much of her. I still firmly believe she is the strongest combatant on the alliance's side but still... Kaido got me shook ngl
She was too late to assist Luffy vs Kaido. I expect her to fight Kaido until she's defeated.
I'm hoping that upon recognising her strength, Kaido powers up (preferably Awakening) to beat her and starts battering her over the place. He tries to get her to abandon her futile resistance and submit to him.
Then Yamato talks about how Kozuki Oden endured a pot of boiling hall for an hour. She tells him that compared to that, his "love taps" are pitiful.
She then proceeds to hold Kaido at bay for a couple hours before her body gives up on her.
As she loses consciousness, she thinks that she was able to finally become Oden at last, and that she's going to meet Ace soon.
Kaido laments her foolishness and betrayal. It pains him, but rather than see his greatest weapon become the tool of another, he'll destroy her himself. He raises his club infuses it with Haoshoku and tries to smash Yamato's skull in. Luffy blocks it and we get a COC clash.
He tells Kaido that he can't let him kill a member of his crew, but more than that, a parent that would kill their own child is someone she can't forgive.
Luffy covers Yamato's face with his Strawhat and begins Round 5 vs Kaido.
