But Doflamingo is on another level He is easily the best written op character and villain and the most iconic and charismatic too

Pre TS Sanji vs Doffy would be more interesting. Now we have the pervert simp, whose gag ruins everything and that prefers to use Daddy's tech (even tho he despises him) just to look at naked girls. The worst part is people acting like he is a gentlemen or something lol. Didn't know that spying naked girls = being a gentleman. Doffy has a good motivation, a nice and solidified personality, a past that made him the current monster that he is and he doesn't have moments of bipolarity or/and annoying ass gags. You are comparing an A or even S tier villain with a B+ character pre ts and C post TS lol.

Oda literally just redid Crocodile and added some flashbacks of an ex Celestial dragon

There's a reason Crocodile is the best ranked Villain ever before or after katakuri.
The dude hasn't done much for decade yet still his arc and character remains impactful and enjoyable than any of Post TS
