There are two possibilities I think could happen.

The first is that before Black Maria could go after them Robin confronts her and frees Sanji, so instead of Black Maria Queen himself instead goes after them and before Queen could kill them that's when Sanji comes in and saves them.

The second is that Black Maria really does go after them, and before she could kill them that's when Robin comes in and saves them.

the scabbards doesn't need help someone is already helping them and if BM is fighting robin she can't go after them.

The only way is definitely Sanji is if Queen/King stop fighting Marco to go there, but since King is on the megaphone and Marco is right there I doubt that'll happen.

BM is poised to go there and I thing they are right next to there and Robin is there as wel. Im sticking with Robin

Even if King goes to the roof, it will be as much King vs Zoro as it will be Kaido or BM vs Zoro. Interchangeable fights. It would be King/Kaido/BM vs 5 Novas instead of just Kaido/BM, doesn't mean Zoro vs King only.

Anyway don't have any reason to believe King is going to the roofrop when he is acting as a Commander of the crew in the absence of Kaido atm.

Lanji was easily humiliated when tried to save Luffy from the ambush led by Oven. Think that he can save Red Scabbards from some Kaido's crewmate is unrealistic.
The Red Scabbards are fated to die of the worst way possible. They were humiliated fighting Kaido,and now will lost their lifes by the hands of some of his crewmates. They will be killed without none samurai glory.

I think King will just send Queen. The only significant (in comparison to finishing off the Scabbards) thing Queen could be busy with is the Marco fight and I feel like King is skilled enough to create an opening for Queen to head off to kill the Scabbards.

I doubt Black Maria will get all the way to the Scabbards. Robin will intervene before that (I agree with the predictions that she's already in the room with Sanji and Black Maria), leaving Sanji free to save the Scabbards.
