Future Events Who is more likely to have CoC, Koby or Sanji?

Coby.
Much as a lot of people don’t like it, Coby is being set up as the future of the Marines, successor of Garp. I like Smoker way more and wanted that to be him, but it’s not what Oda’s been writing. There’s a very good chance that Coby has been planned since chapter 2 to be this Marine leader in the future.
And that means Coby will be getting CoC.
Sanji doesn’t have a Garp figure to look up to and match in that manner. We know next to nothing about Gaban, nothing says Zeff has CoC, or Ivankov, or Roo, or Judge, or any of these characters that are linked to Sanji. Fighting wise, Coby is someone who should be, at his prime, standing on level pegging with the rest of the world as the stringest Marine. Sanji will only ever need to be able to fight the third strongest opponent Luffy will come up against.
Basically, Sanji can get it, but doesn’t need to, Coby does need it or he’ll never fulfil the role he is meant to play.

Don't run away that day I will be there for you 
He could be, but his case is not as strong as Coby's who will be the strongest marine in the future. It also doesnt help Sanji's CoC case when he is a genetically enhanced human and might even be a Lunarian
