Koby didn't use conquers, it was ryou. He's just that much physically stronger than old Garp since he's young that why he has a better DC feat :goyea:

As of right now Sabo is more likely to get it. Koby doesn't fit a born to be conquer like CoC is supposed to be. If Oda retcons it into anyone can develop it through sheer willpower he definitely gets it.

Garp was exhausted and crippled plus just crossed half the island

Koby did not use CoC it was simply Advanced Armament. No one has awakened to CoC on that scale if you want to assume he did

That's an excuse I haven't heard before. Plenty of characters in this series have been exhausted and injured and their haki remains strong but Garps didn't after only doing three on panel haki attacks? :okay:

And I never said he used conquers.

Koby is a bitch whose biggest power is having better characters save his ass when he is about to find out how shit he is. From Luffy saving him from alvida, shanks from akainu, Garp from shiryu and so on. Just a waste of space loved by losers.

Sabo is a copy of Ace that just exists to fill space and will not have another proper fight in the manga to show his powers.

Maybe we will see someone making a empty statement about his power but only retards would care about it.
