Controversial Who is the biggest fanboy of every character?

All equally strong candidates aside from those already mentioned for biggest Zoro fanboy. Mainly because they actually try to put in the grit and intelligence required to defend Zoro in debates. I consider that more wholeheartedly genuine and respect it, even if it goes overboard at times and some slander shit gets flung

My take on Enel:
I think it's arguable that his return is foreshadowed via the moon hints in murals chapter.
Moon was basically only ever brought up by Enel in the entire series. Was dude's dream to go to moon, and do some prophetic shit like casting down the sky islands to the seas.
And Enel is now in moon, presumably awakening and controlling some robots and ancient tech/species there there. The robots may very well be from the super advanced ancient kingdom too.
Tons of potential there, if Loda can be bothered (I don't trust this dude at this point. Too old, burned out, uncaring and low energy for peak writing anymore)
If Enel returns, I can definitely see him be a low top tier at least with how insanely talented he was.
Enel's combat stats are heavily underestimated due to Oda's poor planning, it's likely the story of Crocodile again.
Oda considered him as a minimum standard commander level, considering his hypothetical bounty would've been same as Ace's bounty, pre bounty inflation.
It's possible that we would see Enel return to the story, given the moon stuff hinted in the murals chapter. Dude had insane natural potential and talent. Mastered his DF, integrated haki to his DF powering his observation haki to one of the best in the verse, was able to instantly adapt to Luffy being immune to lightning and blunt attacks, etc.
All with only fodder to "train" with (or destroy) in the sky islands, with little to no opportunity for haki bloom, zenkai boosts etc. He had no reason to train his physicals, but somehow ended up with physical stats behind nobody except maybe Wyper in all of sky island.
If he returns, we may very well see him return as an admiral level top tier character. And it wouldn't even feel off, given how dominant and talented he was, plus his top tier DF, just give him advanced armament haki or something
