Roger is fine imo, he's slightly less cool than he was before but I still like him a lot.
What's great about him is that he's one of the characters that's basically the epitome of a pirate (along with Blackbeard and Kidd), though he does more good than a typical pirate would, but still.

Is Roger even known to have saved any Kingdoms?

True, but with Luffy if he was executed, all the kingdoms he saved would have had a huge reaction, but it doesn't seem like that happened in Rogers case. I don't think he was a bleeding heart type, though still a good guy

Its difficult to be no.1 fan of Shanks since there are too many Shanks fans but @Red Admiral might be the one.

Majority of Zolo fans are very toxic, so best Zolo fan should be the one who isn't toxic, @Reborn or @MonsterKaido perhaps?
