Controversial Who is the biggest hater/downplayer of every character?

Doflamingo is just on an entire different level as a character
At first he gets introduced getting rid of one of his lackeys in the grandline (Bellamy)
Then we learn he controls the slave trade in Sabaody
In Marineford he’s this insane bird man who pokes his head in other people’s business
Then comes PH, where we learn that the leader of the autonomous navy branch manning 6 battleships and controlling everything at the beginning of the new world, is none other than Vergo, Doflamingo’s soul mate and sworn brother
He also controls a mad scientist who once belonged to the navy, supplying him with all kinds of weapons and devil fruits
He’s then established as the kingpin of the underworld, with connections to countless countries and yonko Kaido
He also sold weapons to the government
Later we go on about with Doffy being a CD, his story with Law, his demeanor and ruthlessness overall in controlling Dressrosa

Overall Doflamingo is everywhere in the OP verse, his network and reach especially for a guy who isn’t a top tier in strength show just how shrewd and devious he is.

Yeah, his hype was insane. If you read old threads, the most looked forward too fights were Akainu, Doffy and Blackbeard. I feel like he is at his worst in DR, but overall one of the best villains in OP.

He left fighting long ago when he lost to WB.

I mean he was a monster up till he had to fight Luffy. Then Oda had to nerf him so he didn’t merc Luffy because Oda refuses to make Luffy stronger than his villains but refuses to let Luffy lose to those he should.

For me Magellan is also not a villain

He's not a particularly good guy either, I think he's more neutral
But honestly I never really cared for Magellan. He was kind of just a threat and nothing else.
Though his gag with him eating poisoned food and having to spend tens of hours on the toilet is funny

Why are Admirals grouped into a single category? Everybody clowns on GB just as much if not more than BM especially now that he is a fire AND lightning victim (rightfully so)

Akainu and Aokiji don’t get even half of the slander Twerkbull gets on a daily basis

He's made him stronger than a few villains, for example:
Buggy
Arlong
Lucci
Moria
Hody Jones
Caesar
And I'd include Kata, but he seemed to come out of WCI equal to Kata, not above him.

It certainly is weird that he got redeemed so easily. But I don't mind him.

Doffy would barely be above Vet level without his fruit which is the funny thing
Remove Kata's fruit, and he still has FS, good physical stats, and great Armament Haki
Remove King's fruit, and he still has great Armament Haki, Lunarian traits, and physical stats that were mostly superior to Zoro's physical stats.
Same for Sabo, Ace, etc.
They're all still YC3 to YC2 level even without their fruits, but remove Doffy's fruit and you have no chance at arguing that he pushes Cracker past a low diff
It's honestly pitiful. And yet Doffy fans have the nerve to say that the Commanders are gimmick merchants?
And that people like Shiryu are gimmick merchants?
Man, at least Shiryu pierced Garp's Armament with raw Haki and strength alone. Doffy would never. Lol

As I said, many butcher Mingo's characterization for power level agenda. Not longer the cunning opportunist, but a pure power level demon that beat Luffy and Law 2v1.

And that's why I laughed when MarineHQ proposed that he's the biggest Kizaru hater. He has NEVER reached that level of hate towards Kizaru, and neither has anyone else here.
