First of all no definitely not against the Strawhats, against the GK, the antagonists currently inviting a third member who needs a matchup.

The Adam tree will fall, and if/when it does, there will be literally thousands of dead giants as a result. The only person who currently exists in this manga that could hold up that tree and save everyone is Shiki (with the currently impossible exception of Fujitora).

He also makes the most sense for actually mating with a giant because he has the float float power, which not only makes it possible to begin with but also prevents her from crushing him to death.
