Can you tell me how long did it took for him to create rasengan?

I can't remember but didn't he accidentally create the vanishing rasengan, which is a rasengan with lightning release? Bearing in mind that for Naruto to add rotation and chakra nature to a rasengan at age 16, he needed 2 shadow clones, whilst Boruto at age 12 did it all himself by accident.

So Boruto created a new technique at 12 and now he's created the planetary rasengan at age 16 which is one of the strongest jutsus in history.

Naruto, Sasuke, Hashirama, Madara etc. are all stronger at the end of the series. However, I am talking in terms of pure talent. If a series imply that 13 year version of someone has extremely serious shot at beating adult Minato and all three Sannins, that person is the most talented/skilled ninja ever imho.

At this point unironically Boruto and it's not even close. Dude learns everything in supershort time and made Rasengan into a way more broken planetary affecting Jutsu and we barely saw any of the fruits of his timeskip training with Sasuke yet.
He has pretty much the privilege of the chosen MC.

Sasuke is a better fighter. Boruto didnt do anything special they just made him strong but he doesnt have the moves Sasuke got

Sasuke's a more gifted/better performing pure CQC fighter for sure (not just him), but they made sure that Boruto would be the ultimate chosen one in about any other aspect starting with said Ninjutsu stuff.
