I have recently rewatched the W7 and EL arc. The scholars of Ohara literally sacrificed their lives to know what happened in the Void Century and the people of the lost kingdom.

Toki is still shrouded in mystery and we never saw her die explicitly. Her DF is the perfect getaway tool and way to fake your death.

It would give a significant stake for Robin to protect someone who lived through that era.

I would beat that is Hiyori, pehaps the shadow we see behind Robin and Jinbei back when they are entering Onigashima was already her. Would make sense as of all relevant characters to the plot of Wano she was the only one that wasn't show in Onigashima yet, and If Orochi come back to life, she will be the one he will go after.

If it's Toki, that would be crazy, as it would mark the first time in the series where the father died in a flashback and the mother lived. Would love it if Oda changed up his formula and did this. Chances are it's Hiyori though.
