Imagine the 3 dimensions we currently live in plus time representing a cube, you can rotate this cube into a further dimension still inglobing time

As a matter of fact light years are an unit of distance but if we look at a distant galaxy with a telescope we see that back in time as well because light's speed is too limited. Time is an intrinsic property of our three dimensional cube we live in, not an abstract concept.

Time could theoretically exist in a 4 dimensional space, so then being 4 dimensional space and time.
