I mean Oda made a lot of duplicates, so having him creates rain by using wind is nothing surprising. I agree he doesn't look like he has a rain god fruit if it even ever exist.

My believe is Rain God are just multiple people, Nami can pour, Dragon can drip, and Vivi can just be the icon to command them .

I'm actually not convinced Zaza will be that relevant (aside from being a MMA monster) after reading the actual chapter. It's not the thing the WG fears the most, just a scary story CDs tell to their kids.
I could be wrong, but imo the initial spoilers made it a bigger deal than it actually is.

Agreed, people shouldn't jump the gun. Ultimately, only Luffy, Blackebeard and Imu and their various parallels really matter, Zaza is being introduced as some sort of fight for the weak/midhats, which doesn't really scream "God Tier"(even if this isn't obviously equal to the OG Zaza)

All the Gods can be "important" but obviously in the story some will get prioritization over others. I doubt Zaza could fodderize Xebec like Imu can, one is the King of the world and the final(ish) villain, and the other seems like a side plot

I think a water deity either has to be mediocre in combat or final boss tier
It's just too broken of a power in a series like One Piece

In east asia mythology, there were 4 types of azure dragons.

East Sea Dragon: Presided over rainfall, floods, and tides.
South Sea Dragon: Presided over lightning and fires.
West Sea Dragon: Presided over weather changes and wind sources.
North Sea Dragon: Presided over snowfall, hail, and freezing.

Oda already showed us 3 of those 4 (not sure if I'm misses one) which are the Dragon, Ryugu Castle, and Kaido.

Dragon is west sea dragon because his power is related to wind.
Ryugu Castle is east sea dragon because it's well...(underwater).
Kaido is south sea dragon because he breathes fire.
Missing a one for north sea dragon.

Since Dragon can creates gust of wind and also bring storm (changing weather), just like south sea dragon, but he cannot create floods and tides like east sea dragon which is reserved for Ryugu Castle. Dragon can make rain too like east sea dragon, so maybe there a change up from Oda. I don't know. Loki and Ragnir could be north sea dragon which can make snowfall and freezing like what we have seen, and lightning too which Kaido cannot create.

Dont be limited by the gender we saw last chapter, Bonney has already pulled a female Sun God...
Dragon is the best bet for now but it could also be a completely new character, for example, the true final villain, it would be a fitting ability.

It’s a devil fruit it will change gender based on the eater. Do you think if nami eat the Nika fruit and she would awaken it she would turn male? The original goddess was a goddess but the doesn’t mean that the fruit can’t be eaten by a male. Bonney proved this with her alternate form were she turned into a female Nika.

The most interesting thing about zaza is that she has something akin to the "special" full mythical zoan Circle of Imu

This almost 100% confirms its a fruit, Killingham is aware of it, and so are all the other gods @Kurozumi Wiwi @Fujishiro
