@Extravlad was the first that I've seen mention this but it could be John Giant.

Hmm, if this is John Giant then he does have commander level feats
John Giant got flattened by Whitebeard in Marineford but he stood up and was shown still fighting BEFORE THE WAR ENDED
This is like a legit commander level stamina feat considering we’ve seen 1.5 billion berry Luffy get flattened by Kaido and he did not stand up as quickly as John giant did

@BleakAsh I’m more willing to say John Giant is unique since even in marineford he’s the only VA Oda tried to match up against Whitebeard
the fact that Vergo is the most impressive VA after John Giant and Vergo is weak as fuck tells us a lot
