It is definitely someone we already know!

If it is a new person, Oda tend to show the sillhouette of that people before he/she make his/her debut.
This happened countless time, from Yonkou, Admiral, or Flying Six.
Heck! Even Holdem also got sillhouette before his debut.

But, if it is someone that we already know, then it is logical to hide as many info as possible (including covering Den Den Mushi with speech bubble).

Not sure real Kuma makes sense i mean he's a revo and who's better at hiding than Dragon ?He could just reunite with them and they are already planning to go to war against the WG.....So idk about that

It's likely an old character if it has been running from the WG

Hoping for a new character ( maybe one of those races that are being hunted ) or a relic of the past

Not a Traitor imo
I'v theorized long ago that there is someone who will be introduced soon who has Fate Powers
It's same person responsible for disappearance of CP Ships before

Vega confirmed that no one was detected
So it's a Remote Ability & can only be the work of a DF or some Supernatural Power
(It also can't be simple Hacking cuz there is no way Vega or Egghead can't detect such thing)

Im confident it's the work of Lurking Legend
