Maybe this is just me, but I wonder if these two duos have something in common, like a member, and if that common element is what makes them elevated to greatness.
It was a legendary gag and only became more popular when the anime "corrected" the art.
But anyway, Usopp and Nami are pretty high up there together. They seem like they wouldn't even be friends but there's a reason it's 266 million between them.
