You could be right, but unless Lafitte can make it appear as though a military force is attacking, then I do not think that Imu would be so frightened/desperate.

And if it was to be pinned on the Revolutionaries, it would need to appear as military force with which the possibility of it being the Revolutionary Army can not be easily disregarded.
