Doffy is more nerf because he has way lower stats than Teach.

Remember that Teach has bested Shanks who's a prodigy, being able to use Kamusari at age 15. This means Teach is even more of a prodigy than Shanks.

Gamma Knife is a focused attack on one spot that ruins one particular organ, if it manages to hit, in both cases targeting the heart but in Kaido's case it missed or at least it's implied that it missed.
Shock Wille is different, it is not focused like GK is, it is basically just an amped up Counter Shock but instead of external source it is triggered from the inside.

When asking who was more nerfed, it doesnt come down to >who took a stronger attack, silly Erkek the agenda boy... The answer would be Doffy but since he managed to repair his organs, it's hard to tell. It is probably still Doffy since there is proof of his nerfed performance while there isnt on Blackbeard.
In the end, another L for Erkek, the master of self-sabotage.

Gamma Knife penetrated even Kaido's skin, meaning it will fuck everyone up. The issue with it is almost impossible to land on a normal sized human without help. Law needed a dead body and Luffy to distract to land it on Doffy. He landed it on Kaido because of Kaido's gigantic size, but that also meant it was too small for him.

GK is a very powerful attack if landed properly, but it has extreme limitations in terms of timing, space, etc. while SW is much more accessible.

Kaido took Gamma Knife, it didn't do a lot meanwhile Shock Wille hurt BM a lot.

Gamma Knife is meant for humans. Law already went over this.

It was strong to penetrate Kaido's skin but he was too big in Dragon form.

SW > GK in terms of AoE. There's 0 proof it's more potent, because GK is like 100x smaller in size. We haven't seen an awakened version of GK that make it bigger.
