Some should just post a manga panel to settle this.I recall pluton being called a ship.

Chapter 399 -> Franky pulls a book out of his body labaled Pluton, shows them to Lucci and Kaku as they confirm they’re real. Franky then destroys them

No. That's not what happened. You should re read. He had the blueprints to a counter weapon that was made after pluton.
