I'd guess Ryokugyu. Not sure what top tier he could realistically be matched up against before the final war. But Imo Zoro's will be Kizaru in this arc while Luffy fights Saturn, not Mihawk.

Kizaru or Greenbull makes most sense.

Kizaru because he's a speedster who kicks. Greenbull cause of his persona, likes women, represents nature that contrasts with science theme.

Could also be a Gorosei member

And no, Mihawk likely won't be Zoro's first top tier fight.

It’s probably the most far out of the bunch but Sanji vs Kuzan could be really cool imo
Kuzan is also a cool but quirky ladies man. Plus he was the one who took part in kidnapping pudding. Plus plus fire vs ice

Like imagine we get zoro and sanji vs akainu and aokiji. Zoro vs akainu the guard dog of hell lowkey sounds dope

I'd guess Ryokugyu. Not sure what top tier he could realistically be matched up against before the final war. But Imo Zoro's will be Kizaru in this arc while Luffy fights Saturn, not Mihawk.

I very much doubt zoro is soloing an admiral let alone kizaru before he fights shiryu

Sanji will definitely get a lot stronger than he is now but yeah lol
If anything it can be highlighted that Kuzan got weaker after he lost to akainu while akainu got stronger during his time as fleet admiral
