She’ll go alongside the rest of the wano army for the final battle. What’s so hard to understand?
The only reason people think she’ll join is to fulfill some parallel, not because she’s a compelling character. Oda did the right thing by pulling the rug because she doesn’t fit the the SHs and her wanting be another person is not a good message for a story that pushes uniqueness
edit: and yes, her having 0 panels showing us that she created a vivre card for Luffy is headcanon. Everytime a vivre card is shared it has been shown. If oda wanted us to believe Yamato has one he would’ve drawn a panel

Here the only reason she stayed behind was to protect Wano, a Yonko having a powerful crew member staying being to protect his turf isn't outside the realm of possibility
Good chance Loki if he joins stays behind on Elbaf to protect it after Luffy makes that his territory, will solve the logistic nightmare of how will he fit on the ship and Luffy can be rest assured Elbaf is being looked after in his absence
The only ones that I’d be fine with at this point are Vivi, Bonney and Loki tbh.
I think Loki won’t join and his character arc will probably end with him being accepted by Elbaf and continuing his fathers work. Bonney probably won’t join as well but I expect the strawhats to pick Vivi up from Morgan’s before the final arc probably.
